Acclaimed as one of the top businessmen of the 20th century, he has appointed as ‘Trade Commissioner of India EAC Division, India Africa Trade Council, in December 2021. His proficiency in developing business strategies and aptitude for international trade will significantly help to strengthen India’s economic ties with Africa Region.

Mr. Akshay Mittal is a highly experienced professional with a rich experience in the FMCG industry. His vast exposure across various industries and brands has helped him gain extensive knowledge of market entry strategy, consumer behavior, brand building, and evolving needs of consumers. He is assisting us in our journey at Hydrise Group as Executive Director. His rich experience background has helped him build an incredible repertoire of skills that enable him to be a valuable asset to the company.
Akshay was born in a business family where entrepreneurship and leadership were inherent in his personality. He is a visionary and charismatic leader who continues to lead the Hydrise Group on the path of success and growth. His strategic insights and ability to foresee future trends are helping in building the company’s dynamic and expansive network at every level.
CFO
Mr. Rajat Bajouria is a qualified Chartered accountant and a Law graduate. He is a member of ICAI and has seven years of experience in the accounts field. With his proficiency and expertise, he has comprehensive knowledge of Income Tax Law, GST, and accounts. Mr. Rajat possesses precision in Compliance, advisory, and consultancy and has good knowledge and skills in drafting.
Chief Operation Officer
Mr. Gaurav Bhatia, a highly experienced and qualified Chartered Accountant, is currently serving as the Chief Operation Officer of Hydrise Group. With over one and half decades of experience in procurement, setting, and controlling a processing plant, he manages a harmonious relationship with labor and ensures an uninterrupted supply chain. Gaurav Bhatia is helping us to streamline plant and business operations effectively.
Chief Marketing Officer
Mr. Shrikant Shah is an experienced commerce graduate currently working as Chief Marketing Officer in Hydrise Group. He has previously worked with MNCs and the Indian conglomerate in various capacities. With more than four decades of work experience in the edible oil industry, he has a deep understanding of the profile of the suppliers, plant owners, and distributors. His affluent proficiency makes him a capable person for managing the entire plant effectively.
Director Finance
Mr. Shailendra Kumar, a qualified BSc and CAIIB, is currently serving as the Director of Finance at Hydrise Group. He has previously rendered his services in SBI Bank (New Delhi) as a Deputy General Manager. With vast experience as Director of Finance, Mr. Kumar is proficient in interpreting complex financial information and analyzing accounting statements to the best of the organization’s advantage.
Business Development Head
Mr. Tejas Shah As a qualified professional, Mr. Tejas Shah knows the basic needs of our clients and consumers. His expertise in business development helps the overall growth and development of the Hydrise Group. With his deep understanding of marketing and business development in the industry, he effectively implements this process to maximize ROI while also focusing on building long-lasting relationships with clients.
Business Head
Mr. Rakesh Miglani is a qualified post-graduate in Arts- Political Science from Kurukshetra University. Mr. Miglani is working on the position of Business Head with Hydrise Group. He has more than three decades of experience in handling various core activities of the plant. He is responsible for plant installation and management, production process, sales, and overall plant management.
Company Secretary & Compliance Officer
Ms. Akansha is an important member of our core team and works as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer with Hydrise Group. She has over six years of experience in Compliance, accounts, and knowledge management. She has previously rendered services in a well-known company and has independently headed the Compliance and knowledge management verticals. She successfully contributes to the company’s growth through her expertise, knowledge, and efficient work ethic.
